Philippine Airlines (PAL) - This is the National Airline of the Philippines. They have meals on board, has laptop tables and outlets in their terminals, has a mileage program and has a lounge for Mabuhay Miles members. Generally, their service is "o-kay".

Airphil Express - This is PAL's budget airline. It can even be more affordable than Cebu Pacific. We haven't tried them yet as of writing but we did buy a lot of tickets from them for next year because they had a BIG sale in the Philippine Travel Mart. So far, we were happy with the assistance we got from the sales people in the booth. We hope they have great service on board!
Starting October 2010, it will fly to Singapore and will land on Terminal 2 (not the budget terminal).

Though we have not yet tried this airline, we have heard a lot about its good service from both friends and strangers we rode with on our plane trips. We have yet to try it!

Seair - Though this airline has small planes, it is generally a "good" airline. It is owned by Dornier, an aircraft maker. Due to its size (therefore fewer people can fit and share for the fuel), the rates are quite pricey and as of present, they only have three destinations.
Its domestic destinations from Manila are: Batanes, Boracay (Caticlan) and Tablas (Romblon). From Boracay (Caticlan), it flies to either Manila, Clark (Pampanga - Diosdado Macapagal International Airport or DMIA) or Cebu. From Clark or Cebu, it flies to Boracay.
Sky Pasada - This is a new airline that flies to North Philippines and Boracay Island. They are supposed to operate soon.
Its domestic destinations are (not necessarily from Manila): Baguio (Benguet), Bagabag-Banaue, Batanes (Basco, Itbayat), Binalonan (Pangasinan), Calayan (Isabela), Cauayan (Isabela), Laoag (Ilocos Norte), Maconacon-Divilacan (Isabela), Palanan (Isabela), Tugegarao (Cagayan).
